By placing an order with Watermelon Store for products that are sold on the Site you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”). Please read these T&Cs carefully and, if you are unhappy with any aspect, you should contact our customer service before placing an order with us.
1.ORDERING
Everyone is allowed one customer account, but you must be 18 or over to do so. By placing an order on our website, you agree to give your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address (this maybe the same as your billing address), contact phone number. Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation call within 24 hours. Once you are ready to check out, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you may select the type of delivery, and the delivery and/or billing addresses. You can correct errors on your order till you click on ‘confirm order’ on the final page of our ordering process.
2.Refund policy
We have 14 days return policy, which means exchange or refund is within 14 days from date of shipment delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
3.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue
